My Coke Rewards For Schools

Share the holiday spirit and help us reward our students

Each time 5 My Coke Rewards members donate points to our school, we’ll get 100 Bonus Points that we can use for sports gear, classroom supplies and more. These Bonus Points are only up for grabs until 12/31, so let’s get to it.

Start by picking up codes when you’re enjoying the holidays with family, friends and refreshing Coca-Cola drinks. Then, get into the spirit of giving when you enter each code and donate the points to our school. All those points can help students have a healthier, more active lifestyle that allows them to thrive and grow.

Here's How To Help:
1. Purchase your favorite participating Coca-Cola drinks for the holidays to get codes.
2. Go to mycokerewards.com (register if you’re not a member).
3. Enter codes to get your points – choose “Donate to Your School” from the “6 ways to spend points.”
4. Find our school’s page by ZIP code or State/City – then click “Donate Points Now” to enter your donation amount.
5. Spread the word! The more people that participate, the more our school benefits – with up to 1000

Guiding Good Choices

Guiding Good Choices is a science-based, proven-effective prevention program that gives parents the skills they need to ensure the future well-being of their children.

In just five 2-hour workshops, Guiding Good Choices can help parents reduce or prevent substance abuse and other problem behaviors in their children.

Our school and PTA will be hosting FREE sessions of this program in 2010! We really need your support. We are working toward a free Steve James assembly for our school. This assembly is valued at $300 but we can get it free compliments of Communities That Care and Most Don't if we have 20 families from our school commit to and complete the Guiding Good Choices Workshop.

Workshops will be once a week for five weeks 7-9 pm in the Community Room.
Thursdays 1/7/2010-2/4-2010 OR Tuesdays 2/16/2010-3/16/2010.

To sign up or ask questions please contact Mandi Murphy at mandismurphy@yahoo.com or 882-4052.

SCES T-Shirts Meeting Nov. 4th

We will be meeting Wednesday, November 4th at 1:30 to discuss design and distribution of SCES t-shirts. The meeting should be short (I expect it to be about 30-40 minutes). If you cannot make it to the meeting but would still like to help out, please send me an email and I will get all the information from the meeting and upcoming meetings to you. Children are welcome!!!
